  I just don't believe the staff have what it takes to run a daycare center. My Grand Daughter has been going to daycare for about 3 years since I had custody of her, I have never encounter anything like "Giggle Box". I was 15 minutes late and they charge me $135.00 for late fee which is more then I pay for a whole week. I had to correct one of the staff who reported to me that my grandchild was writing down on paper why she don't like another kid, staff found that to be a negative thing which I explained to that staff that writing down on paper about how you feel is actually a good thing for a 6 year old, because now you have something to work with when talking with the child. I wouldn't recommend this daycare to anyone until they get better staffing or the owner actually come and talk with the parents face-to face and not just take staff word.
